There are at least three thousand families waiting for taharah, but the door to their mikvah is locked.

Kiryat Gat is one of the fastest-growing cities in Eretz Yisroel with over seventy thousand residents to date. In the Neviim and Haprachim neighborhoods, Yidden of all backgrounds and levels of frumkeit are arriving month after month and many are ready to keep taharah. But a local mikvah is crumbling and unusable.

We’re rebuilding it into the beautiful, dignified, welcoming place it was always meant to be and are $670,000 away from rebuilding it. With funding, Mikvah Kiryat Gat can open its doors in the next few months.

For anyone who partners in this special project, the Gedolei Hador will visit the kevarim of their own rabbeim, tzadikim who once led Merkaz L’Taharas HaMishpacha themselves, and daven there during Aseres Yemei Teshuva.
