$50 more than the Costco sale, but that's not coming back. Also open box is $480.

Thank you saving me the trouble of looking up trade in value of an Ultra 2. $300 for an upgraded ultra isn't too bad.

The Ultra 3 is basically an Ultra 2 with a slightly bigger display, thinner bezels, 6 extra hours of battery life (42 vs 36), faster charging, 5G, and satellite connectivity.
Same overall design, nearly identical health sensors, and no major performance upgrade.
It's an incremental upgrade, not a generational leap.

I went to Costco to see if they had any left at the 450-500 mark but OOS. So got this one from Best Buy and also traded in my Series 7 watch towards it ($65).
